How exactly does Tipi work?

When a guest makes a booking, they are sent a link to download Tipi via your confirmation email. Once they download Tipi, they will receive a notification once you check them in on the PMS & mark their room as clean. We also send out PIN’s for guests who don’t want to download an app – this means that you can fully automate your check-in process with no need to encode keys for anyone.

How does this benefit my hostel & guests?

Tipi streamlines check-in saving time for your staff and guests and cutting operational overheads. What if it doesn't work with my PMS?

We currently work with Mews, Cloudbeds, Guestcentrix & Charts – if your PMS isn’t listed it is a simple integration process. Just let Poppy know your hostel name & PMS – hello@tipi.me – and we will take care of the rest!
